Olive oil Tasting including a four course Dinner with Fustini's for $23
On Wednesday December 3rd Hanna Bistro will share an evening with our friends at Fustini's oil and vinegars for a fantastic tasting and four course dinner. The tasting will start at 6pm. and the dinner will follow.Jim and Lane Milligan will be here to answer all of your oil and vinegar questions. Here's a sneek peak at the menu.
Porcini and Cherry Salad
Chefs blend of house greens with porcini and cherry infused vinaigrette, Traverse City cherries, creamy goats cheese, shaved red onion and spiced pecans.
Sauteed Shrimp and Truffled Grits
Lightly dusted shrimp sauteed in Meyer Lemon infused Olive Oil over truffled goats cheese grits with roasted red peppers and baby spinach.
Garlic Peach Glazed Chicken
Garlic and peach marinated boneless chicken thighs over perisian lime infused risotto and arugula salad.
Basil Olive Oil and Goats Cheese Ice Cream
House made rich and creamy ice cream. mmmmmmm!
