Redcliffe Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand
"If you've ever made broth from lobster shells and shrimp heads, you'll recognize the scent melding into this sauvignon: carapace on a gooseberry bush. If you can get past the bad pun, the fruit itself has complexity and amplitude, ripened to flavors of green pear and guava. Serve it witha salad of lobster and prawns with avacado."

Candido Salice Salentino, Italy
"Owned by brothers Alessandro and Giacomo Candido, the Candido estate in the Salentino district of Puglia is at the forefront of a small, influential cadre of wineries who have attracted international attention to the increasingly stylish, quality wines emerging from Italy's south. New consulting enologist, Donato Lanati, one of the most prestigious winemakers in the world, has brought a fresher new approach to the wines while remaining true to the characteristics of the region.
Soft garnet red with russet reflections Nuances of tobacco leaves and dried fruits. Suggestions of licorice, tobacco leaves and dried fruits."

Osborne Solaz Spain, Tempranillo & Cabernet
"A fine, rustic blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet, the '04 Osborne Solaz does not pull any punches; this simply and honest red that goes well with almost any daily meat entree."

King Fish Merlot, California
"With an eye-catching, unique label and a memorable brand name, King Fish delivers food friendly wines that are perfect for sharing with friends and family any day of the week.
This medium-bodied Merlot exhibits aromas of rich, dark fruit and a hint of chocolate. Flavors of ripe plum, cherries and tasty oak end in a soft and satisfying finish.
This Merlot is the perfect match with pasta dishes, pork and lamb."

|
Monterra Chardonnay, California
"Monterey is well known for its well-balanced, easy-drinking Chardonnays and our 2004 Monterra Chardonnay is no exception. This Chardonnay exhibits bright tropical fruit character of pineapple and tangerine with hints of toasted graham cracker and vanilla on a creamy finish.
Varietal Composition 98% Chardonnay, 2% other floral white varieties
Enjoy with grilled chicken, fish and pasta with light sauces.
The 2004 growing season began in early March due to record-high temperatures. The remainder of the season proved mild, allowing for full flavor concentration and good acid retention in our Chardonnay grapes. We harvested grapes for this wine during September, when they reached their optimum maturity and balance."
