Climbing Cabernet Sauvignon
Phillip Shaw (wine maker) "This wine has lovely intense red color. The aroma shows good berry fruit charecters, great complexity and depth. this follows through to the palate with integrated oak, a powerful palate, great length and firm tanins.
I really think this is an amazing wine and look forward to watching it integrate with up to 10 years cellaring.

Rolling Sauvignon Blanc & Semillion blend
The palate is delicate but lively in structure, with good intensity on the mid palate and a crisp lingering finish. It shows excellent balance, with lovely primary fruit notes complimentrd by subtle acidity.Aroma shows nice Kiwi and lime fruits.

Climbing Chardonnay
Wine maker Phil Shaw says of the 2006 Chardonnay " This wine has lovely bright, lemoney, tropical fruit charecters. It shows flavour complexity from time on yeast lees and in oak.
Also apparent is elegance and refinement, which is typical of the Orange region. I like the intensity of fruit flavour on the palate, as well as the lenth and noticeable creamy finish. This is drinking really well now and will continue to evolve over the next 3-5 years."

Rolling Shiraz
The 2005 Rolling Shiraz is medium red with a deep hue. The aroma shows strong vanillin and chocolate charecters with a touch of spice.
The mid palate has good weight and softness and the soft berry charecters carry through to the finish. Deliberatlely light on tannins or oak the wine shows lovely balance and bright fruit flavors.
