The Fall Harvest Game and Cigar Dinner
Tuesday October 30, 2007
Dinner at 6:20pm.
Reservations (231) 946-8207
Join us for a fun night as we indulge in a few vices! We are pairing our culinary talents with Mike Nolan of Nolan’s Tobacconist to provide you a memorable meal accompanied with some great cigars. (We will allow smoking in the restaurant this evening!)
Jim has put together a wonderful menu featuring what he likes to call…the flavors of the fall season. A duck summer sausage paired with an apple compote, a roasted pear salad, and venison loin entrée on soft polenta, and drizzled with apple ginger marmalade! Rob will be pairing wines that will accentuate the evening’s meal.
Join this evening by calling us at (231) 946-8207. Thank You
Harvest Game Dinner
Flavors of the Fall Season!
The Weekend of November 2&3
The fall seasons brings crisp winds, cool air and an appetite for foods that will warm your senses. This is my favorite season and I enjoy cooking foods that provide warmth and comfort. From the effort of the summer sun, the soil, and the woods my, my menu will reflect the bounty of a great season.
We will shop the farmer’s market, the game farms of the Midwest and add our culinary creativity to a wonderful menu. Root Vegetable Bisque, Beet Salad with Citrus, Venison Loin with Apple Ginger Marmalade, Braised Pheasant. Stuffed Butternut Squash with Pecans and Apple…just to name a few of the items we will feature.
Join us on this weekend for a menu that is warm and delicious and captures the essence of Fall!
