2005 Red Wine (30% Malbec, 70% Bonarda)
This excellent blend is created from the balanced combination of Bonarda and Malbec grapes. Ruby red color, soft, persistent aroma, and delicate bouquet. In the mouth, it has a rounded velvety body with red-fruit flavors and a delicious finish. It goes well with red meats, stews and pastas with tomato-based sauces.

2005 White Wine (30% Chardonnay, 70% Trebbiano)
This blend, created from Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes, has a delicate, golden color with hints of emerald green. It has a subtle but persistent aroma and a particularly soft and fruity flavor. This blend goes well with white meats, soft cheese, fish and seafood.

All wine will be available for pick-up on either Thursday February 7th or Friday February 8th. Please make your order as soon as you can by replying to this email and letting us know which wines you would like. All orders need to be in by Wednesday February 6th.
