2006 MERLOT
Tasting notes: Rich and dense, the complexity of the flavors plays out progressively, beginning with blackberry and plum and finishing with toasty cedar aromas. Tannins are ripe, juicy and delicate.
2006 CHARDONNAY
Round in the mouth with white flower aromas and a long, toasty finish.
Food Pairings: Perfect match with a variety of cheeses, poultry and cream sauce pastas, or when relaxing with friends and family.
2006 SHIRAZ/SYRAH
Rich and dense with complex aromas of blackberries, licorice and vanilla. Tannins are ripe and delicate.
Food Pairings: A perfect match with red meat, lamb, spicy foods and full-bodied cheeses.
2006 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Rich and powerful with a hint of licorice, smooth tannins with a robust and lively finish.
Food pairings: Pair with grilled steak or game, and rich chocolate desserts.
Pick up will be on Friday afternoon and Saturday all day. Jim will have a wine dinner for two for $25.00 on Friday and Saturday night between 5 p.m and 6 p.m. only. Please call for reservations (June 27 & 28). As always feel free to open one of your bottles to go with dinner at no extra charge of course!

The Wine Dinner will be served between 5p.m. and 6p.m
Place wine orders by email only. Pay when you pick up on June 27th after noon or June 28th. These offers rely heavily on everyone picking up their wine in a timely manner.Case lots only. Please no mixed cases. You may combine cases of each wine in your order but not bottles of each.Thank you for your business. We will continue to work hard to find you more great wine deals. As always, we back all of our retail wines 100%.
