Fridays Paella for Two!
Paella is the seafood dish from the Valencia region of Spain’s Mediterranean Coast. Saffron rice, scallops, clams, shrimp, chicken, and seasoned with soffrito! We serve this only on Friday, and it serves two! The fragrant dish is delicious and really great with a fruity wine. Our Hanna Bistro Malbec is a great choice. We cook it in a “paella” pan and serve it to you in the pan. Join us on Fridays!
Traverse City Epicurean Classic
Dinner with San Francisco Chef, Joey Altman!
On Friday September 12th we will host Chef Joey Altman, featuring a menu from his recent cookbook; “Without Reservations” how to make bold, flavorful, creative food at home. Join us for our traditional Sunday chicken dinner. We roast a half chicken with an herb crust, traditional stuffing and pan gravy. It is an easy choice for Sunday dinner or when you need to feed guests. Dinner is served from 4:00 pm. until 7:00 pm.

Cigar Dinner!

The election will be a day old, we will have a new leader and the jawboning officially starts on Wednesday night at our annual cigar dinner.
